10-Year Craftsmanship Warranty Policy

1. What Our 10-Year Warranty Covers

Artnoval LLC guarantees that for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase, your canvas wall art will remain free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential display conditions.

• Color Permanence & Fade Resistance: Guaranteed against noticeable fading or discoloration when displayed indoors out of direct scorching sunlight.
• Stretcher Bar Structural Integrity: Guaranteed against warping, twisting, or joint splitting of our kiln-dried solid pine frames.
• Canvas Tension: Guaranteed against sagging or slackening over time.
• Floating Frame Moulding: Guaranteed against joint separation, finish peeling, or delamination on our solid oak and black float frames.

2. What Is Excluded from Coverage

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper display outdoors or in unconditioned spaces exposed to continuous rain, snow, or extreme temperature swings.
• Direct exposure to high heat sources (e.g., hanging directly above an unshielded wood stove).
• Physical trauma, scratches, cuts, pet damage, accidental falls, or water saturation.
• Cleaning with harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, ammonia, or alcohol-based solvents.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, email warranty@artnovalgallery.com with: (1) your original order number or receipt, (2) your full shipping address, and (3) 2–3 clear photographs showing the defect and the back frame label. Our master craftsman will review your claim within 24–48 business hours.

4. Warranty Remedies

Upon validation of a defect covered by this warranty, Artnoval LLC will, at its sole discretion: (1) produce and dispatch a brand-new replacement canvas of the same design and size at zero cost to you, (2) provide an equivalent store credit if the original motif has been retired, or (3) issue a partial or full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.
