Bauhaus Precision Meets
Warm American Living.

Artnoval was founded on a simple conviction: authentic, gallery-grade canvas art should be accessible to anyone curating a home, not locked behind artificial gallery markups.

Why We Started Artnoval LLC

Walking into home decor big-box stores in the United States, I was repeatedly disappointed by what was being sold as "canvas wall art". Most products were flimsy synthetic polyester sheets printed with cheap dye inks that turn cyan and fade within eighteen months. The stretcher frames were made of soft composite wood that bowed and warped under seasonal humidity changes.

On the other end of the spectrum were traditional downtown fine art galleries, where a simple 24"×36" stretched print was priced upwards of $500 to cover exorbitant retail rent and commission margins.

Artnoval was created to eliminate this compromise. By establishing our own made-to-order production workshop in Missouri and selling exclusively online direct to homeowners and interior designers, we provide pure 380 GSM museum cotton canvas and 100-year archival mineral pigments at honest price points—keeping our top catalog tier strictly under $80.

Curatorial Philosophy

Four Styles for Every Interior

Each collection is developed to harmonize with specific architectural palettes and furniture aesthetics.

Style 01

Modern Abstract

Rooted in the Bauhaus ethos of function, form, and material honesty. Modern Abstract explores architectural arches, mineral colorfield planes, and subtle surface grain. Designed to introduce warmth, structure, and focal depth to neutral Scandinavian, Japandi, and mid-century modern spaces.

Signature Palette: Terracotta, raw umber, warm linen, basalt noir, and sand.
Style 02

Minimalist Botanical

Biophilic art designed for nervous system calming. We combine detailed scientific leaf specimen studies (ginkgo, silver dollar eucalyptus, architectural fiddle leaf) with generous negative space on unbleached textured cotton grounds. Brings living organic stillness to bedrooms, bathrooms, and meditation corners.

Signature Palette: Olive moss, sage velvet, forest shadow, parchment ivory.
Style 03

Restored Vintage Heritage

Digitally curated late-19th and early-20th-century impressionist masterworks rescued from European cultural archives. Our master colorists spend weeks digitizing original canvas brushstrokes, restoring color saturation without eliminating the tactile impasto texture that gives vintage art its timeless romantic presence.

Signature Palette: Venetian gold, canal teal, alpine dawn mist, antique ochre.
Style 04

Coordinated 3-Piece Triptychs

Curation made effortless. Wide walls above large sectional sofas and king-size beds traditionally present a daunting challenge for homeowners. Our triptychs feature continuous horizontal panoramic compositions split across three hand-stretched canvases, providing immediate architectural scale without the headache of measuring gallery walls.

Recommended Layout: Hung 1.5 to 2.5 inches apart with included alignment guide.

Our 5 Studio Standards

1

380 GSM Pure Cotton Oxford Weave

We use zero cheap polyester blends. Our heavyweight cotton canvas offers a rich, tactile tooth that absorbs pigment deeply and reflects light like an authentic oil painting.

2

12-Color Archival Pigment Inks

Printed exclusively with Canon Lucia PRO archival mineral inks. Lab-tested to resist noticeable fading for over 100 years under standard indoor display conditions.

3

1.25" Kiln-Dried Solid Pine Bars

Sourced from sustainably managed North American forests (FSC-certified). Kiln drying extracts internal moisture so frames never twist, bow, or sag with seasonal weather shifts.

4

Made-to-Order & Zero Waste

We maintain zero warehouse inventory of pre-printed pieces. Every order is freshly manufactured upon receipt, preventing landfill surplus and ensuring maximum print vibrancy.

5

Triple-Point Hand Inspection Before Crate Packing

Every canvas is examined by hand under 5000K daylight-balanced illumination for tension, corner mitering, and color accuracy before receiving its Missouri workshop inspection seal.
