Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day In-Home Trial Guarantee

We understand that art looks different in your home lighting against your wall color than it does on a screen. If you are not completely satisfied with your canvas wall art, you have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed carrier delivery to initiate a return for a refund or store credit.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day in-home trial:

• The artwork must be in like-new, undamaged condition without scuffs, tears, surface abrasions, or hanging hardware modifications.
• The canvas must be securely packed in its original protective corners, bubble wrap, and shipping carton (or equivalent heavy-duty packaging).
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested prior to dispatch.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email returns@artnovalgallery.com with your 6-digit Artnoval order number and the reason for return. Our support team will issue an RMA number and provide return shipping instructions within 12–24 business hours. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

4. Zero-Friction Transit Damage Replacement

If your artwork arrives with punctured packaging, damaged frame moulding, cracked pine bars, or tears, you do not need to ship the damaged item back. Simply take 2–3 clear photographs of the box damage and the canvas defect, and email them to support@artnovalgallery.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately queue an expedited rush reprint at 100% our expense.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance/final sale archive items explicitly noted on the product page, and custom-commissioned bespoke size orders created outside our standard catalog dimensions are non-returnable.

6. Refund Processing & Timing

Once your return arrives at our Missouri workshop and undergoes a quick visual inspection (completed within 2 business days of receipt), we will process your refund. Funds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. European Union & United Kingdom Statutory Cooling-Off Rights

In compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery without stating any reason.
